Rose Ellen was born in Jackson, MS, and graduated from Jackson Preparatory School in 1985. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1991 and her graduate degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in1998.  Rose Ellen completed a post master's degree at the University of Southern Mississippi in 2001.  


She was employed as one of Pine Grove Recovery Center's first psychiatric nurse practitioners. Rose Ellen was employed by Biloxi Regional Medical Center for 14 years before beginning in private practice in 2016. 


Rose Ellen has been  married to Dr. Michael Clifford for 17 years. They reside in Ocean Springs with their 2 children, Mitchell and Madeleine, and 2 Scotties, Finn and Maisie. They belong to St. John's Episcopal Church and are members of Ocean Springs Yacht Club. Rose Ellen enjoys the arts, Gulf Coast cuisine, music, and the laid back feel of South Mississippi. Professionally, Rose Ellen is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Mississippi Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.

Alvin graduated from Ocean Springs High School in 1999. He received a Bachelors degree in psychology in 2007 from The University of Southern Mississippi. Alvin then worked as an in-home family and teen counselor with Youth Villages for several years before returning to USM for his Masters in Social Work in 2014.

Alvin graduated from Ocean Springs High School in 1999. He received a Bachelors degree in psychology in 2007 from The University of Southern Mississippi. Alvin then worked as an in-home family and teen counselor with Youth Villages for several years before returning to USM for his Masters in Social Work in 2014.


Upon earning his Masters degree and becoming an LMSW in 2016, Alvin worked for two years in a grant-funded program as a therapist and care coordinator stationed in primary care clinics. In 2018, Alvin earned his independent LCSW license and was hired as the first and only full-time therapist for The University of Southern Mississippi's coastal campuses. Since 2018, he has also worked part-time for several local private practices and his own online private practice. Alvin joined Front Beach Mental Health full time in December of 2024.


Alvin lives with his wife, Emily, in Biloxi. He enjoys playing and listening to music, film, his cat Rosemary, and travel. He is a member of The National Association for Social Workers, and the Mississippi Association of Social Workers.

Priscilla was born in Victoria, TX, and graduated from Stroman High School in 1997.   She obtained her Associates of Arts in Science  from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College in 2014, and her Bachleor of Science degree in Elementary Education from William Carey University in 2021.

Priscilla was born in Victoria, TX, and graduated from Stroman High School in 1997.   She obtained her Associates of Arts in Science  from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College in 2014, and her Bachleor of Science degree in Elementary Education from William Carey University in 2021.


Priscilla worked as office manager for Merit Health clinics for 5 years and as Business Manager for Deaconess Health Care for 5 years. In 2020, Priscilla assumed the role of Business Manager for Advanced Psychotherapy, and continues to function in this capacity for Front Beach Mental Health and Wellness.


Priscilla has been a resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast for 14 years. She has 4 children, Breana, Andrea, Chris and Joey, and 2 grandchildren, Christopher and Ailani. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and going to the beach in her leisure time.
